Boiler and Heating Installations

Whether you need a gas boiler replacement or a full central heating system, our engineers are here to offer you expert advice and to provide a first class, smooth and hassle-free installation service.

Which boilers do we install?

We are an Ideal and Baxi accredited gas boiler installer but we can also install all other major brands including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Potterton and Main. Our team have many years’ experience of installing gas boilers and will help you to identify a boiler that suits your needs and budget.

Types of heating systems

The three types of boilers that we install are:

Combi Boilers – supply hot water and heating and suited to small & medium size homes. Combi boilers are connected to the mains water supply and provide instant hot water on demand. They are compact and space saving

System Boilers – suited to larger homes with greater demand for heating and hot water. They work alongside a hot water cylinder to store hot water, ensuring a constant supply.

Heat Only Boilers – also known as regular or conventional boilers. They provide heating and hot water with the help of a cold-water tank and a hot water cylinder. They are suited to larger, older homes with plenty of storage space.

The installation process

  • Contact Us

    Contact us via telephone, email or our contact form to arrange an appointment for one of our engineers to conduct a job survey.

  • Job Survey

    An engineer will visit your home to gather information on your existing heating system and your requirements for the new boiler/system.

  • Estimate

    An estimate will be emailed or posted to you which will detail the work to be carried out and the associated costs. This will also include our terms and conditions. We aim to do this within 24-48 hours of our visit unless specialist materials are needed which can take longer to price. Our estimates are valid for 30 days.

  • Acceptance of Estimate

    If you are happy with our estimate and wish to go ahead contact our office to arrange an installation date. You will be asked to return a signed copy of the estimate.

  • Installation Day

    Our engineers and the materials will arrive at around 8.30am and most boiler installs can be completed within a day (full central heating systems can take 2-3 days).

  • Paperwork

    Following completion, you will receive an invoice for the work which can be paid by cheque, debit card, cash or bank transfer. A receipt will be sent once the payment has been made.

    Your boiler will be registered with the manufacturer (for warranty) and Gas Safe (for building regulations). Confirmation of this will be emailed/posted to you.

  • Aftersales

    Your boiler will need to be serviced annually to maintain the manufacturer’s warranty. Your name can be added to our reminder database and you will receive a postcard each year when this is due.
